AMSTERDAM DANCE EVENT 2027

Every October the Amsterdam Dance Event takes over the city for five days. Was ADE the reason you booked that trip to the capital? Or are you already eyeing the next edition? Whatever the plan is, make sure you have your Amsterdam Nightlife Ticket on you to get access to the most epic Amsterdam Dance Event celebrations.

The latest edition wrapped up in October 2026. New dates and line-ups follow as soon as the organisation confirms them.

We’re happy to show you what is on and how to choose. Choose? Well, there’s only so much you can do in five days and with 450 events, 2500 performers in 140 different clubs. Choices have to be made and it’s not going to be easy. Welcome to the biggest electronic music festival in the world. ADE Amsterdam will stay with you for a lifetime.

The line-up of special ADE events for 2027 will be announced in the run-up to the festival. As soon as the clubs announce their specials you will find them in our Special Events Calendar. Most ADE specials are included as a free add-on with your Amsterdam Nightlife Ticket. One special event per valid ticket day. Book your ticket and add your specials as soon as they go live.

- You thought there were a lot of parties at the festival? Look at the crowd it attracts! In 2018, ADE attracted 400,000 visitors to the city from all over the world. To put this number in perspective, the city itself has a population of 820,000.

- ADE is not just about all-night partying. There is plenty to do during the day. On top of ADE's daytime programme, there is a conference programme and local spots give their own interpretation and response to the festival, in their own way. As you'll see, the five days in Amsterdam are all about ADE and the event is all over the city.

While our agenda provides a snapshot of some of the major events, don't forget that there are many more events happening all around the city. Some venues that are also hosting special ADE events, which you might want to keep an eye on, include Club Prime, Club Noir, Supperclub, and John Doe. If you're looking for an exclusive experience, we do offer Special Event ticket access for these locations during ADE.

There is so much to celebrate around electronic music. Music takes the centre stage during the night, but during the day you only see the tip of the iceberg. Film, art, live music, photography, gear demonstrations, technology events; everything you can think of is represented. ADE Amsterdam is not just the perfect opportunity to hear electronic music and all its subgenres, it's also a great way to learn more about your favourite artists.

There is ADE Lab Conferences at Brakke Grond, at Lynk & Co and at Melkweg (UP) if you happen to have a demo in your pocket that you want to get feedback on, you can show it off during the demo pitch. Was that all? Nope, let's not forget to tell about the workshops and master classes and ADE Lab Courses dedicated to top-notch stage designs and visual technologies.

Nightfall is the start of everything that is essential to ADE: music. Everyone is involved, and that is no exaggeration with the number of venues participating. Everywhere you go, everything you do, there is literally no chance of escaping the event.

An overwhelming fear of missing something is a realistic fear of this five-day spectacle. There is so much, going to everything is impossible. And that's why Amsterdam Nightlife Ticket is your chaperone through the psychotic party calendar. There's a host of clubs that always bring a new level to ADE, but there's also some insider information we want to share with you. We'll tell you exactly what not to miss!

During ADE 2027, Amsterdam’s nightlife ignites with a rich and dynamic club program that spans the spectrum from intimate underground sets to blockbuster marquee events. Over the five nights, more than 1,000 events will take place across 200+ venues, bringing together 3,300+ artists in a sweeping celebration of electronic music. Expect big club nights in iconic venues such as Melkweg, Paradiso, Shelter, and warehouse spaces like Elements, combined with experimental audiovisual shows in unusual locations. Sets will feature top-tier names including Amelie Lens, Charlotte de Witte, Adam Beyer, Honey Dijon, Ilario Alicante, and many more. The program is curated around various styles—from techno and melodic to breakbeat, ambient, trance, and more—giving partygoers the freedom to hop between rooms, venues, or genres. Club nights often run until dawn, with marathon sets and back-to-back performances pushing the dance experience well into the early morning hours.

Your Amsterdam Nightlife Ticket opens the doors to over twenty Amsterdam night clubs and bars. Not just a random selection of places, but a carefully selected range of hotspots.

The smaller clubs in the repertoire show everyone ADE isn’t just about the big names. There’s plenty of room for new sounds, experimental music and up and coming artists eager to present their tunes to the hungry festival crowd. Amsterdam Dance Event takes full control over the city during this five-day festival and with your Amsterdam Nightlife Ticket, you’re one step ahead of everyone else. Select your start date and add your Special Events that are going on during ADE this year.

Public transport is fully operational during the festival, although that still means around midnight tram drivers go to sleep and public transport options are pretty much non-existent. Rent a bike to get back to your hotel, or use your Amsterdam Nightlife Ticket Uber deal. Uber deal? Yes! And it’s not the only bonus we’ve got for you. We know partying can make you hungry so we have some food deals lined up and a few other nice extra’s. Head over to the extra’s page to see exactly what we have done to make your ADE Amsterdam experience convenient and smooth.
