Vactrol Presents: INIT

Vactrol at Der Hintergarten!

Vactrol is an Amsterdam-based collective of live synth performers and visual artists, dedicated to LIVE audiovisual storytelling through immersive video graphics and laser shows. Their focus lies in creating a dynamic canvas for audiovisual experimentation, blending light, sound, and the energy of the dancefloor. With each event, Vactrol aims to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience by curating fresh and forward-thinking AV concepts that push creative boundaries.

The collective’s debut event, "INIT," kicks off on 16 May at Der Hintergarten in Amsterdam. Featuring five live acts by six musicians, supported by multiple VJs and laserists, the night will explore experimental techno, electro, breakbeat, and leftfield electronic music — all performed live on synthesizers and enhanced by immersive visual art.
