Amsterdam Dungeon gives you an interactive and amusing journey through the darkest times of the Netherlands history.

From the Spanish Inquisition to the Batavia, the VOC, fear of the plague and the history of Amsterdam. When you enter the Dungeons, the realness and creepiness immediately crawls under your skin. You will feel, hear and see the authentic energy when moving through this unique experience. In fact, you are going to be part of it. This is definitely not a regular tour, especially for the faint of hearted.

The Amsterdam Dungeon presents itself as a unique combination of theater-attraction with a touch of ‘museum’ and haunted house experience, including a good amount of dark humor. The actors here bring the history of Amsterdam to life. You are going to be led into different rooms with different scenes where there is a lot to explore, see and learn. So are you going to come out with a smile or trembling with fear?

BE FASCINATED AND FEEL SCARED TOGETHER

The Amsterdam Dungeon is suitable for visiting with a (large) group. Fun & fear are guaranteed. The Amsterdam Dungeon receives high volumes of reservations and asks you to book at least 24 hours in advance. They do not process bookings at weekends. Bookings can be made from a minimum of 10 people. If you make a booking online they will approach you afterward with the available times. So keep this in mind when making the booking; preferred times could already be booked!

Visiting the Amsterdam Dungeon with less than 10 people? Then a reservation is not necessary, and you can just walk-in during all opening hours.
