SyntheScape: Multimedia Exhibition and Documentary Premiere.

Parallel is a dual documentary portrait of two underground techno artists – one in Paris, the other in Shenzhen – whose lives unfold in radically different worlds yet pulse to the same beat. Shot in split screen format and abiding by strict cinéma vérité rules, it captures the shared rhythm of youth, livelihoods, and creative defiance across continents. More than a music film, Parallel explores how sound becomes a universal language connecting people beyond borders and politics.

Before the film screening there will be a multimedia exhibition by young and emerging artists from Amsterdam's thick collective. You can expect photography, paintings, videography, and fashion elements during this portion of the event.
