The most convenient way to reach Live Amsterdam Pianobar is by taking tram number 4, 9 or 14 to the Rembrandtplein stop. From there, it's just a short 5-minute walk to Thorbeckeplein.
If you prefer to take a bus, you can take bus number 357 or 397 to the Rokin stop and then walk for 10 minutes to reach Thorbeckeplein.
